n 3:40 p.m. Monday - Brian Monroe Nine, 26, of 467 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:46 p.m. Monday - Misty Marie Briggs, 25, of 300 E. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $2,000.
