 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:40 p.m. Friday – David Dwight Zentz, 46, of 1835 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:55 p.m. Friday – James Hillard Hurd III, 28, of 10376 S. Edgewater Road, Silver Lake,  arrested for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:34 p.m. Friday – Shelly Joe Frailey, 49, of 5397 E. CR 900N, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.  
•10:49 p.m. Friday – Samuel Gene McGuire, 46, of 2224 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing meth. Bond: $10,250.
• 12:12 a.m. Saturday – Leonard Oliver Burns, 19, of 9980 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for battery. No bond set.
• 2:48 a.m. Saturday – Rick Leslie Kensinger, 34, Warsaw, arrested for theft with prior offense and possession of meth. Bond: $7,450.
• 3:27 a.m. Saturday – Arthure Fields, Jr., 21, of 4265 S. CR 1150W, Mentone, arrested for having an illegal drug lab. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:12 a.m. Sunday – Melissa Marie Robinon, 33, of 1503 Chestnut Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense. Bond: $5,250.  
• 6:34 a.m. Sunday – Randy Walgamuth, 54, homeless, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.  
• 7:28 p.m. Sunday – Huston Texas Huffer, 52, LaPaz, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:42 p.m. Sunday – Brandi Nicole Couch, 21, of 4478 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:36 p.m. Sunday – Rodolfo Adrian Pineda, 25, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under 18. Bond: $5,250.  
• 12:32 a.m. today – Jose Cruz Rosales, 48, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for operating motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC +.15, driving without a license. Bond: $700.[[In-content Ad]]
