- 8:43 a.m. Friday - Brandon Charles Carpenter, 21, of 304 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $350.

- 9:45 a.m. Friday - Shanna Marie Hayes, 23, of 302 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 9:46 a.m. Friday - Shane Andrew Wright, 21, of 4067 S. Scott Road, Claypool, arrested for fraud and theft. Bond: $7,000.

- 10:49 a.m. Friday - Chelsea Rene Baldwin, 20, of 1237 N. Mark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery, public intoxication and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $2,000.

- 5:11 p.m. Friday - Kevin Len Simons, 42, Goshen, arrested for probation violation and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $26,701.

- 5:24 p.m. Friday - John Galen Mock, 27, of 35 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated causing serious injury. Bond: $1,500.

- 12:30 p.m. Thursday - 1916 N. CR 850E, Pierceton. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Dale R. Beam, 76, Valparaiso; Leonard B. Nielsen, 47, Southfield Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investiagetd.

- 11:16 p.m. Thursday - McKenna Road, 1,000 feet east of CR 475E, North Webster. Car went off road. Driver: Lyndsay Hooley, 26, East Lakeview Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

- 4 p.m. Tuesday - John Myikos, North McCulloch Road, Syracuse, reported the theft of a tent canopy and CDs. Value: $350. KCSD.

- 11:53 a.m. Thursday - A Kosciusko County REMC employee, CR 250E, Warsaw, reported the theft of copper wire. KCSD.
