n 4:48 a.m. Tuesday – Ryan Peyton Dovel, 18, of 2453 S. Sunset Circle, Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on the highway. Bond: $300.
n 10:40 a.m. Tuesday – Tania Alejandra Bautista, 21, of 321 N. Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for glue sniffing. Bond: $450.
n 11:07 a.m. Tuesday – Jay Wesely Hicks, 42, of 206 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for battery with bodily injury. No bond set.
n 11:22 a.m. Tuesday – Gary John Alto, 54, of 2186 N. CR 850E, Pierceton, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
n 12:17 p.m. Tuesday – Derek Wagner, 28, of 1315 N. CR 875W, Etna Green, arrested for dealing a Schedule I controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
n 2:24 p.m. Tuesday – Maribel Alvarado, 40, of 1814 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.
n 6:09 p.m. Tuesday – Shane Anthony Bradley, 39, no address provided, arrested for auto theft, habitual traffic violation and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:59 p.m. Tuesday – Dana Maria Hatch-Miller, 38, of 362 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.
