n 2:02 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley Arlene Paschell, aka Ashley Cordero, 25, of 16 EMS R4E Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.

n 2:13 p.m. Wednesday - Timothy Michael Hapner, aka Happy Hapner, 19, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

n 2:17 p.m. Wednesday - Joel Phillip Walter, 21, of 300 E. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 8:57 p.m. Wednesday - Alberto Reyes, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 11:57 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremiah England, aka Jeremy Shepherd, 31, of 1310 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 12:11 a.m. today - Charles Brandon Shepherd, 29, of 413 Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 1:36 a.m. today - Morgan Rachel Wood, 24, of 201 S. Henry St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear and driving while suspended. Bond: $2,300.

n 3:33 a.m. today - Mark Edward Thurman, 37, of 1134 E. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 11:45 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 15S, 320 feet south of CR 600S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Ruth Vigar, 60, Orchard Street, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 1:41 p.m. Wednesday - Harrison Street, 509 feet south of Dubois Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Carolyne W. Blake, 70, Washington Road, Pierceton; Rocky L. Hunter, 52, Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 11:19 a.m. Wednesday - Debra Kay Minear, Linda Lane, North Webster, reported the theft of a black CD binder with 50 CDs. Value: $450. WPD.

n 3:14 a.m. today - Silvestre Trujillo, Milford, went to Kosciusko Community Hospital to report a gunshot wound that reportedly happened in Indianapolis. WPD.

n 4:27 a.m. today - An employee of Warsaw Parks Department, Canal Street, Warsaw, reported finding graffiti on a flower bed and a sidewalk. WPD.
