n 9:38 a.m. Monday – Humberto Joaquin Lara Jr., 26, of 415 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for theft – under $100,000 in value. Bond: $1,000.
n 9:48 a.m. Monday – Terry Lougene Roberts, 28, of 312 N. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested on six counts of failure to appear. Bond: $5,500.
n 1:04 p.m. Monday – Fabiann Rodriguez, 20, of 700 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for glue sniffing. Bond: $450.
n 1:30 p.m. Monday – Mara Lee Shawn Frush, 19, of 406 N. Maple Ave., Warsaw, arrested for glue sniffing. Bond: $450.
n 2:40 p.m. Monday – Aaron William Gambill, 20, no address provided, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $10,000.
n 2:42 p.m. Monday – Erik Dean Morris, 18, Bristol, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.

n 9:33 a.m. Monday – Intersection of East Market and South Indiana streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Deanna L. Love, 61, East Ind. 114, Akron; Teresa J. Rhoades, 55, Columbia City. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 1:09 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Earl L. Helm, 47, Deer Run North, Warsaw; Christopher A. Osborn, 44, US 6, Milford. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
