n 2:38 p.m. Wednesday - Cedric Sherman Ware, 34, Elkhart, arrested for theft. Bond: $10,000.

n 2:57 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Andrew Wray, 20, of 777 N. CR 600W, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

n 9:10 p.m. Wednesday - Trinton Jarrod Tuttle, 26, of 5915 S. CR 900W, Collamer, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

n 9:48 p.m. Wednesday - Narron Lawrence Woods, 20, of 103 S. Jefferson St., Leesburg, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

n 2:10 a.m. today - James Daniel Cretcher, 21, of 725 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 4:49 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Buffalo and Center streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Toni L. Root, 43, Herscher Drive, Warsaw; VJ Holbrook, 79, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Injury: A passenger in Root's vehicle, Brittany L. Root, 16, Hersher Drive, Warsaw, complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 4:52 a.m. Tuesday - Mary Baker, CR 125S, Pierceton, reported someone threw a hammer through the front window of her residence. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 11:06 a.m. Wednesday - Jane A. Helbig, Old Colony Road, Warsaw, reported damage to a motorcycle. WPD.

n 11:36 a.m. Wednesday - Ruby S. Howard, Garfield Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of medication. WPD.

n 11:39 a.m. Wednesday - Heather Lynn Wallace, Center Street, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a debit card. WPD.
