 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 6:13 p.m. Wednesday – Ashley Pruitt, 19, of 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
- 6:49 p.m. Wednesday – Kevin Frantz, 50, of 3943 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 10:49 p.m. Wednesday – Bradley Devine, 36, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 1:36 a.m. Thursday – Amy Chalmers, 44, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. $750.
- 4:46 am. Thursday – Brody Jordan, 18, of 8707 E. Hatchery Drive, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. $300.
- 9:49 a.m. Thursday – David Saner, 39, of 1100 Park Road, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
- 1:25 p.m. Thursday – Ryshieone Goss, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
- 5:25 p.m. Thursday – Mark Thurman, 40, of 1134 E. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $100,000
- 9:08 p.m. Thursday – Kenneth Nelson, 45, of 727 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 10:43 p.m. Thursday – Terry Miller, 29, of 9690 N. Roher Road, Syracuse, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement and driving while suspended. Bond: $500.
- 1:35 a.m. Friday – Harley Maples, 20, of 2172 E.  Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 5:03 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 150W, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jason Coy, 38, Barnhart, Mo.; Angela Walls, 49, East Pierceton Road, Pierceton; Jonathan Scroggs 49, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Injuries: Coy complained of elbow pain; Walls complained of knee pain; Jamie Walls, 17, a passenger in Walls’ vehicle, complained of shoulder pain. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 1:31 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shelly Wright, 18, Logansport; Linda Burchett, 48, West CR 150S, Warsaw. Injuries: Wright complained of elbow pain; Burchett complained of head pain; Davis Huntley, 15, West Center Street, Bourbon, complained of leg pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 6 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. One man was thrown from his motorcycle. Driver: Erick Sawyer, 19, Clinic Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Sawyer complained of pain to his elbow. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

- 7:21 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Bowser Road and CR 250E, Milford. One vehicle drove through a corn field. Driver: Harry Meyer, 40, Nappanee. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 10:13 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West Point Drive and Baker Street. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Diane Raber, 61, West Baker Street, Warsaw; Earnest Mumford, 63, South Peru Street, Silver Lake. Damage $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 3:22 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Market and Washington streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kelley Yotter, 26, East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse; Kenneth Snyder, 60, West Leiby, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 9:30 p.m. Wednesday – 2806 Frontage Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a light pole. Driver: Michael Miller, 16, North Oakwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 10:33 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 13N  and Old 30, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: William Workman, 74, North Hoss Hill Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 12:10 p.m. Thursday – 2283 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Sarah Souther, 29, Academy Court, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to Janell Jones, North Howard Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 4:17 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Center and Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ginger Mote, 33, Kokomo; Kellie Parcels, 31, Frontage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
