- 4:40 p.m. Wednesday - Andres O. Cervantes, 30, of 1707 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 5:52 p.m. Wednesday - Carmelo Montes, 33, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for identity theft. Bond: $50,000.

- 8:27 p.m. Wednesday - Carrie Ann Harrold, 34, of 223 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 11:14 p.m. Wednesday - Dawn Danielle Oliver, 29, of 303 Mineral Springs, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

- 12:41 a.m. today - Eric Clayton Smith, 25, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,000.

- 1:23 a.m. today - Heriberto Rodriguez, 20, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

- 1:30 a.m. today - Ricardo Becerra, 26, Winona Lake, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 1:51 a.m. today - Lee Roy Dominguez, 22, of 525 Lyon St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

- 7:36 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CRs 100N and 700W, Atwood. Car rolled over. Driver: Carl W. Burt, 57, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 8:32 a.m. Wednesday - A Quick Clean Sales & You employee, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, reported a breaking and entering. Damage: $20. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 9:45 a.m. Wednesday - Michelle Lynn Kristner, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of CDs from an apartment. Loss: $130. WPD.

- 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - A Warsaw man reported being harassed. WPD.

- 4:24 p.m. Wednesday - A Black Brothers Midwest Division employee reported damage to pipe fencing. Damage: $3,000.
