- 4:26 a.m. Wednesday - Marcus A. MIller, 23, Tchula, Miss., arrested for driving without a license. Bond:$350.

- 4:29 p.m. Wednesday - Imogene Nichole Combs, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested for check forgery. Bond: $2,000.

- 8:22 p.m. Wednesday - Adam Matthew Ulrey, 38, of 1948 Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of driving while suspended and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,300.

- 5 a.m. today - Kerry Lee Neely, 33, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 6:50 a.m. Tuesday - Lues A Rodriguez, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a red and black Vento 50cc mo-ped. Value: $2,300. KCSD.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
