• 4:35 a.m. today - Miguel Antonio Blancarte, 21, Holbert, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 11:30 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15S, 2,500 feet south of CR 700S, Claypool. Truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Clenis E. Sturch, 63, Goshen; Joshua O. Helvie, 19, Huntington. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 2:41 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15S, 135 feet north of Jaylynn Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Somsamay Phetyaso, 41, Yvonna Street, Leesburg; Yolanda Solano, 48, Goshen; Osualdo H. Hernandez, 20, CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 3:20 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Dubois Drive and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Leslie A. Derossett, 17, Walnut Street, Claypool; Deisy Zoschnick, 46, Robson Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:20 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 25S, 300 feet south of CR 400W, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Mark A. Hughes, 40, Jackson Street, Mentone. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 4:02 p.m. Monday - Michael Glunt, EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, reported the theft of five 5-gallon gas cans, 100 gallons of gasoline, 200 feet of copper tubing, a socket set, a screw gun, miscellaneous pipe wrenches and cutters and a CD player from construction vehicles at Glunt Construction. KCSD.

• 6:28 a.m. Tuesday - Ashley Porter, Market Street, Warsaw, reported sugar was poured in her gas tank. WPD.

• 1:59 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Comcast Cable, CR 400W, Warsaw, reported finding a hole in a fence at a residence on Lynnwood Drive. KCSD.
