• 5:38 a.m. Thursday – Kevin J. Harris, 39, of 2601 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 10:19 a.m. Thursday – Brandon Issac Cory, 17, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for forgery. No bond set.
• 12:50 p.m. Thursday – Bradley Martin Wine, 31, of 43 EMS W17C Lane, North Webster, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
• 2:49 p.m. Thursday – Donald Lee Swartzlander, 24, of 1200 N. Main St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 2:56 p.m. Thursday – Chelsea Pauline Wineland, 21, of 8118 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of meth. Bond: $2,000.
• 3:17 p.m. Thursday – David A. Mendez, 29, of 2404 Stevens Ave., Elkhart, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday – Anthony Allan Spaulding, 31, of 7059 East CR 100N, Rochester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.
• 5:07 p.m. Thursday – Lesley R. Henson, 33, of 103 EMS W17 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $2,000.
• 5:21 p.m. Thursday – Anna Marie King, 28, of 116 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 7:31 p.m. Thursday – Frank Richard Hatfield, 41, of 1734 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

Property Damage Accidents
• 8:44 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Detroit Street and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Joel S. Bailey, 39, Wabash Street, Wabash; Jennifer E. Salsgiver, 28, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:23 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Old Colony Road and Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Vehicle hauling a mobile home struck mailboxes. Driver: Knox A. Keith, 49, Lakeview, Ohio. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 5:25 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Detroit Street and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Steven R. Meyer, 57, Adel, Iowa; Cherine Hare-Syers, 62, Huntington Street, Syracuse. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:12 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Evelyn F. Daggett, 18, School Street, Winona Lake; Monica L. Holloway, 23, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 9:10 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and West CR 150S, Warsaw. Vehicle struck utility pole and slid down a ditch. Driver: Travis A. Smith, 24, South CR 700W, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

Neighbors in the vicinity of Main and Bronson streets approached the Warsaw Traffic Commission Wednesday regarding a safety concern at that intersection.
