• 7:34 a.m. Monday - Jonathan Charles, 23, of 661 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 8:59 a.m. Monday - Gary Lee Black, 49, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $132.

• 3:29 p.m. Monday - Eric Brian Garrett, 32, Muncie, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $276.

• 7:19 p.m. Monday - Joshua Clemons, 19, of 402 Arnold St., Bourbon, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

• 9:44 p.m. Monday - Henry Dauceta Jr., 29, of 13981 N. CR 400W, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $456.50.

• 11:21 p.m. Monday - Walter Alan Vitalone, 44, of 9270 E. Adams Road, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

• 11:52 p.m. Monday - Mitch Ray Hunsberger, 43, of 1819 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:26 a.m. today - Darrell Eugene Vetor, 21, of 1117 W. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

• 7:07 p.m. Sunday - Ind. 25S, 500 feet west of CR 600W, Warsaw. Rider lost control of motorcycle. Driver: Michael J. Duzan, 44, Palestine Road, Mentone. Injury: Duzan suffered a scrape to his head and a cut to his hand. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 9 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of CRs 1150S and 650E, Claypool. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Julie Shepherd, 49, CR 1450N, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 9 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30E and Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Mirna J. Castillo, 38, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw; Jaclyn M. Sumpter, 26, Railroad Street, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:44 a.m. Thursday - Cecil Byrer, CR 200S, Warsaw, reported the theft of a gun and cash from his residence. KCSD.

• 8:52 a.m. Monday - An employee of J&B's Furniture, Market Street, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a dumpster. WPD.

• 12:53 p.m. Monday - A Warsaw woman reported being threatened. WPD.

• 2:35 p.m. Monday - Nina Diane Smith, Dot Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of two checks from her residence. WPD.

• 3:44 p.m. Monday - Gary Fugate, McKinley Street, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of a checking account. WPD.
