n 2:19 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 35, Millersburg, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

n 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - Minnie Marie Trump, 51, of 77 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - David Joe McGuire, 27, of 2587 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
