- 5:49 a.m. Sunday - Christopher Michael Berg, 25, of 11715 N. Elm Grove, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 8:14 a.m. Sunday - Manuel Jurado, 28, of 210 Franklin St., Akron, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $10,000.

- 8:17 a.m. Sunday - Jose A. Jimenez, 23, of 210 Franklin St., Akron, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $10,000.

- 7:01 p.m. Sunday - David Brian Miller, 48, of 2503 Westside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 7:15 p.m. Sunday - Roger Lynn Long, 44, of 510 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 9 p.m. Sunday - Renda Katherine Nicolas, 33, of 1072 Pikeshore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

- 9:43 p.m. Sunday - Jose Luis Diaz, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.

- 10:22 p.m. Sunday - Odell Harris, 31, Chicago, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 2:12 a.m. Monday - Shane Anthony Bradley, 32, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $750.

- 5:32 a.m. Monday - Jason Michael Torres, 30, Wabash, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $148.

- 9:47 a.m. Monday - Shawn Michael Church, 31, New Paris, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 1:37 p.m. Monday - Paul Gregory Wallace, 27, Goshen, arrested for an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $3,123.32

- 4:46 p.m. Monay - Rodney A. Chiddister, 46, of 3020 East CR 250N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $10,000.

- 5:47 p.m. Monday - Kathryn Marie Pearson, 37, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $500.

- 5:48 p.m. Monday - Charles Kevin Belcher, 30, Grabill, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 10:07 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Luis France, 28, Servia, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

- 10:53 p.m. Monday - Paul Joseph Gabbard, 22, of 8239 E. CR 400N, Pierceton, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.

- 11 p.m. Monday - Seth Allen, 18, of 897 Oakbrook Place, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $200,000.

- 4:55 a.m. today - Cody William Ramseyer, 23, of 511 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

Injury: Miranda Morrison, 8, Akron, a pasanger in Craft's vehicle reported leg pain. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 9:45 p.m. Sunday - CR 200S, 1,220 feet east of CR 550W, Pierceton. SUV went off road. Driver: Renee Atkins, 39, West CR 75N, Etna Green. Injury: Taylor Shepherd, 8, a passanger in Atkins' vehicle, suffered minor bleeding. Bond: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
