- 11:37 a.m. Thursday – Jennifer Miller, 27, of 9891 E. Camelot Lane, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
- 2:05 p.m. Thursday – John Rasmussen, 41, of 205 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for check deception. Bond: $300.
- 9:38 p.m. Thursday – James Whitaker, 53, of 406 N. Buffalo St., North Manchester, arrested for battery. Bond: $10,000.
- 11:43 p.m. Thursday – Andrew Barrett, 18, Mishawaka, arrested for carrying a handgun without a license. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:04 a.m. Friday – Michael Johnston, 43, of 2905 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:18 a.m. Friday – Vernal Kennard, 50, of 11531 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 1:24 a.m. Friday – Joshua Dulworth, 24, of 3230 E. Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,300.

- 6:35 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jennifer Robinson-Elliot, 36, Country Club Lane, Warsaw; Donald Rinearson, 60, North Wayne Street, North Manchester. Injuries: Kathy Rinearson, 59, North Wayne Street, North Manchester, complained of neck pain. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
