n 7:32 a.m. Tuesday - Samantha Ann Adkins, 30, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

n 12:28 p.m. Tuesday - Lucas Todd Scholl, 31, Bloomington, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.

n 1:52 a.m. Tuesday - James C. Silveus, aka Cameron, 34, of 2388 W. Wildwood Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $455.

n 10:33 p.m. Tuesday - Amy Elizabeth Poe, 36, Wabash, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.

n 10:40 p.m. Tuesday - Scott Elliott Cochran, 25, Fort Myers, Fla., arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $3,000.

n 2:39 a.m. today - Michael Ray Slone, 37, of 255 Baker St., Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 12:53 p.m. Tuesday - Center Street, 250 feet east of Argonne Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Ashley N. Allen, 22, Heritage Drive, Pierceton; Valentina M. Miller, 24, Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Injury: Allen suffered a scrape to her face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 1:50 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of CRs 100E and 450N, Warsaw. Pickup hit guardrail. Driver: Charles P. Tranter, 39, CR 500E, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 8:42 a.m. May 18 - Laura DeLeon, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, reported the loss of an alien resident card. Loss: $100. WPD.

n 7:50 a.m. May 20 - An employee of Warsaw Community High School, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw, reported a student in possession of an illegal substance, a burnt blunt cigar with marijuana and a pink piece of paper with small seeds and green leafy plant substance believed to be marijuana. WPD.

n 10:30 a.m. Thursday - Robert E. Wainscott, EMS T3 Lane, North Webster, reported the theft of stones from his driveway. KCSD.

n Tuesday - A Warsaw man reported being battered. KCSD.

n 9 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Harrison Elementary School reported the theft of candy, a can of slime and a coloring book. A juvenile was arrested for theft. Value: $5. WPD.

n 4:14 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Kmart, Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported a juvenile shoplifter. WPD.
