The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:24 a.m. Thursday – Casey Robertson, 24, of 2639 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 10:51 a.m. Thursday – Devon Hanson, 20, Goshen, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $20,000.
- 11 a.m. Thursday – Zachary Oswalt, 19, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
- 10:55 a.m. Thursday – Stephen Pandle, 25, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $21,000.
- 5 p.m. Thursday – David Hicks, 57, of 700 North St., Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 7:46 p.m. Thursday – Benjamin Stewart, 38, of 105 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:40 p.m. Thursday – Alan White, 44, of684 Buck Trail, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 1:06 a.m. Friday – Darin Miller, 26, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond; $300.
- 2:22 a.m. Friday – Kevin Shepherd, 43, of 1059 Brookview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 6:18 a.m. Thursday – U.S. 30 West and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Horacio Rodriguez, 40, Calumet City, Ill.; Sharon Zakro, 42, Niles, Mich. Injuries: Rodriguez and Zakro complained of head pain. Damage: More than $100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 6:04 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of CRs 850 South and 700 West, Silver Lake. One vehicle ran off the road. Driver: Rodney Castle, 43, West Swick Road, Claypool. Damage: less than $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 6 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 700 West and 100 North, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a sign. Driver: Eric Cody, 25, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 10:36 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Matthew Deschner, 23, Fort Wayne; Brian Linky, 49, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

- 12 p.m. May 17 – A woman reported fraud in the 400 block of Lakewood Hills Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
- 6 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported theft in the 3000 block of Inverness Point, Warsaw. WPD.
- 7:35 a.m. Thursday – A woman reported fraud in the 200 block of South Main Street, Etna Green. KCSD.
