n 11:34 a.m. Wednesday – Alan M. Ormanovich, 22, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance. Bond: $1,000.
n 12:22 p.m. Wednesday – John Garrett, 23, of 741 N. CR 700W, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $750.
n 3:06 p.m. Wednesday – Crystal M. Walker, 28, of 5981 Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:06 p.m. Wednesday – Jory L. Harrold, 30, of 706 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for theft less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:29 p.m. Wednesday – Jessie L. Buck III, 27, Pensacola, Fla., arrested for child molesting, fondling or touching a child under 14 years of age. Bond: $20,000.
n 7:46 p.m. Wednesday – Kyle J. Moore, 21, of 1826 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
n 9:30 p.m. Wednesday – Cheyenne P. Miller, 21, of 108 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - intentional with prior conviction. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:30 p.m. Wednesday – Robert F. Howard, 57, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 2:09 a.m. Thursday – Christopher A. Messick, 34, of 2507 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for being a fugitive from justice. No bond set.

n 4:44 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Center and Scott streets, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collison. Drivers: Sabrina K. Long, 29, Columbia Street, Warsaw; Levi M. Cords, 24, Main Street, Warsaw; Andrea D. Heeter, 41, Heather Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Long complained of chest pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment; Heeter complained of neck pain but refused medical treatment on scene. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
