 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:23 a.m. Wednesday – Braxton Christopher Slone, 18, of 3381 E. Wyland Creek Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.
• 12:33 p.m. Wednesday – Victor Manuel Reyes, 31, Elkhart, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $2,000.
• 6:56 p.m. Wednesday – Lance Cody Early, 30, of 103 W. Pearl St., Syracuse, arrested for battery with bodily injury and false informing. Bond: $500.
• 7:56 p.m. Wedneday – Sarah Michelle Masterson, 23, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $1,500.
• 8:38 p.m. Wednesday – Roberto Hector Rojas, 23, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:41 p.m. Wednesday – Ephraim William Lloyd, 33, of 411 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 11:59 p.m. Wednesday – James Lee Fairchild, 42, LaFontaine, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
• 12 a.m. today – Herman O. Staton, 73, Akron, arrested for resisting law enforcement. No bond set.
• 12:20 a.m. today – Tayler Ann Ables, 21, of 477 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
• 12:34 a.m. today – Timothy James Brady, 36, of 48 EMS W30A Lane, North Webster, arrested for criminal conversion and battery. Bond: $500.
• 5:30 a.m. today – Tiffany Nichole Morris, 29, of 741 S. 34th St., South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 5:49 a.m. today – Robert Junior Castle, 53, of 312 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.

Property Damage Accident
• 10:51 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Tamarack and Center streets, Warsaw. Hit-skip accident with a vehicle registered to David L. Blitz, Tamarack Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 5:50 a.m. Wednesday – Battery was reported in the 200 block of Harrison Street, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 5:36 p.m. Wedneday – A stolen mo-ped was recovered in the 100 block of Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:43 p.m. Wednesday – Theft was reported in the 2700 block of Marion Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7 p.m. Wednesday – A suspicious act was reported in the 500 block of Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
