n 11:13 a.m. Wednesday - Bobbi Marie Giordano, 32, of 293 N. CR 450E, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.

n 2:25 p.m. Wednesday - Nathaniel Wayne Johnson, 45, of 12847 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

n 3:21 p.m. Wednesday - David Lowell Biltz, 38, of 722 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $14,505.53.

n 5:45 p.m. Wednesday - Justin David Birchfield, 18, of 1386 Dove Lane, Milford, arrested for possession of legends or precursors No bond set.

n 6:56 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Norwin Orlacchio, 37, of 2208 Durbin St., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $4,400.

n 9:37 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Michael Black, 43, of 321 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond; $300.

n 10:07 p.m. Wednesday - Charity Ann Seymour, 29, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 10:22 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy Wayne Hughes, 28, of 09 E. Center St., Burket, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $285.

n 1:56 a.m. today - Maria Antonia Espinosa, 20, of 267 EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:59 a.m. today - Cash Hudson Sinkey, 19, of 267 EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:42 a.m. today - Leonard John Morseau Jr., aka Pudge, 40, of 10872 Syracuse-Webster Road, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $10,000.

n 3:43 a.m. today - Rene Sanchez, aka Rene Hernandez, 33, of 8280 E. Highway 30, Pierceton, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $550.

n 6:45 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Bronson and Market streets, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Vincent Wilczynski, 38, Harkless Drive, Syracuse; Carol Vierlng, 49, Greystone Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 8:30 a.m. Monday - An employee of Beechwood Lumber, Old 30, Warsaw, reported the theft of a case of hand tools, two cases of soft drinks, and change and rolled quarters from the business. Value: $172. KCSD.

n 10:30 a.m. Monday - Paula Johnson, CR 250S, Warsaw, reported the theft of a diamond engagement ring, a men's diamond ring, a set of diamond earrings and a diamond stud from her residence. KCSD.

n 7:38 a.m. Wednesday - Tina Marie Smith, Cook Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a backpack, textbooks and supplies. Value: $119. WPD.

n 8:40 a.m. Wednesday - A Warsaw Parks Department employee reported damage to a door and two bathroom stalls at Pike Lake. Damage: $100. WPD.

n 3:47 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Freedom Express, State Street, Etna Green, reported the theft of $33.97 in gasoline. KCSD.

n 6 p.m. Wednesday - Mark E. Baugher, Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of dog and cat lawn ornaments from his yard. Value: $50. WPD.
