- 6:44 a.m. Wednesday – Marvin Anderson, 42, of 901 S. Harkless Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $300.
- 8:58 a.m. Wednesday – Ashley Paschall, 28, of 901 S. Harkless Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 10:55 a.m. Wednesday – George Stupar, 31, Griffith, arrested for habitual traffic violation and false police reporting. Bond: $5,000.
- 11:25 a.m. Wednesday – Robert Cole, 45, of 2518 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 1:08 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Wasko, 37, of 9727 N. Koher Road East, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 1:54 p.m. Wednesday – Terry Dove, 28, of 261 EMS T 25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 2:21 p.m. Wednesday – Rhonda Hackworth, 43, of 321 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.
- 3:02 p.m. Wednesday – Paul Graber, 46, of 117 4B Road, Nappanee, arrested for fraud against a financial institution. Bond: $30,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 1:45 p.m. Tuesday – 133 CR EMS T 49 Lane, North Webster. Driver: Tyler Miller, 29, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, backed into a vehicle registered to Jim Hess, Elkhart. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 11:50 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CR 250N and Boeing Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Kathy Alwine, 48, Goshen. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 8:52 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Center and Washington streets, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gale Danner, 64, Maye Street, Warsaw; Aimee Hagg, 37, East Birchwood Court, Warsaw; Brian Slocum, 57, Wilmette , Ill. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
