County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 10:30 a.m. Tuesday – Justin West, 21, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 11:40 a.m. Tuesday– Clint Carden, 45, of 107 E. Haide Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 1 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Perry, 28, Bristol, arrested for burglary and failure to appear. Bond: $30,000.
- 4:43 p.m. Tuesday – Richard Riviera, 45, New York, N.Y., arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
- 8:29 p.m. Tuesday – Norm Wright, 58, of 326 N. Lincoln Park, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 10:21 p.m. Tuesday – Tyler Poor, 27, of 312 Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
- 12:55 a.m. Wednesday – James Rodak, 18, of 406 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for minor possession/consumption of alcohol. Bond: $300.
- 1:17 a.m. Wednesday – Vanessa Wiederrich, 40, South Bend, arrested fore failure to appear. No bond set.

Personal Injury Accident
- 6:36 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 13N and Old 30, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a fuel pump. Driver: Thomas Owsley, 17, EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton. Injuries: Owsley complained of face pain. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 12:48 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kevin Pressler, 63, New Paris; Heather Yarian, 41, West CR 525S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 6:19 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rene Montilla, 71, Canton, Mich.; Keving Love, 48, South Circle Drive East, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
