The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 4:16 a.m. Thursday - Justin Lee Graff, 29, of 208 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 6:22 a.m. Thursday - Jesse James Maze, 28, of 2736 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

- 11:24 a.m. Thursday - Gabriel Cortez Gary, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

- 2:18 p.m. Thursday - Keith Marquis, 25, Plymouth, arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.

- 4:55 p.m. Thursday - Monica Kimberly Enochs, 33, Dugger, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

- 5:15 a.m. today - Scott Michael Jones, 25, Bremen, arrested for driving while intoxicated and public intoxication. Bond: $550.

- 3:16 p.m. Tuesday - CR 300E, 1,000 feet north of CR 450N, Warsaw. Car went off road. Driver: Lorraine A. May, 63, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: Less than $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 3 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 25S, 650 feet south of CR 250S, Warsaw. Car went off road. Driver: Arnold J. Rome, 47, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000.

- May 3 - A Warsaw man reported being battered. KCSD.

- Monday - A Warsaw man reported being battered. KCSD.

- 1:17 p.m. Thursday - A Suburban Acres Mobile Home Court employee, North CR 175E, Warsaw, reported the theft of a mower. Bond: $500. KCSD.[[In-content Ad]]
