The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 6:16 a.m. Monday – Summar Noe, 19, of 77 EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 1:36 p.m. Monday – Michelle Waters, 22, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 3:08 p.m. Monday – Shelby Hollon, 18, of 805 Southside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession/consumption of alcohol. Bond: $3,000.
- 3:37 p.m. Monday – Trinity Tucker, 21, of 1915 S. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing.  Bond: $300.
- 3:51 p.m. Monday – Keith Waldridge, 22, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $350.
- 4:05 p.m. Monday – Ryan Owens, 32, of 1306 Clearcreak Trail, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.
- 4:27 p.m. Monday – Lonnie Burns, 39, of 10359 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 4:42 p.m. Monday – Andrew White, 19, of 667 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for minor possession/consumption of alcohol. Bond: $300.
- 4:59 p.m. Monday – Bryan Girton, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear and minor possession/consumption of alcohol. Bond: $1,450.
- 6:01 p.m. Monday – Ronda Delaluz, 45, of 301 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 8:13 p.m. Monday – Joseph Coon, 27, of 9671 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
- 1:45 a.m. Tuesday – Brandon VanHouten, 21, Granger, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 1:46 a.m. Tuesday – Edd Campbell, 29, of 261 N. CR 225E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and public intoxication. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 1:35 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of North Detroit and East Main streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Leona Smith, 79, EMS C27 B1 Lane, Warsaw; John Dailey, 55, West CR 700S, Claypool. Injuries: Smith complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 4:55 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Patricia Ortiz, 36, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Joseph Hoyt, 28, EMS T49 A Lane, Syracuse. Injuries: Ortiz complained of chest pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:40 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 400S and Kinsey Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: James Helm, 64, Roanoke. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 6:58 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Sue Avenue and Tippecanoe Street, Warsaw. Hit-skip accident. An unknown vehicle struck a vehicle registered to Sheri Shuster, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
- 4:06 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and Boydston Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nakita Lollar, 18, of South Sunrise Circle, Warsaw; Eugene Frye, 75, Glad Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
