 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:21 a.m. Tuesday – Jeremy Lee Dawson, 29, of 653 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $750.
• 3:37 p.m. Tuesday – Toni Rae Little, 28, Huntington, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 3:51 p.m. Tuesday – David William Howell, 38,  Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday – Latasha Sue Ibarra, 22, of 3457 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
• 4:14 p.m. Tuesday – Mackenzie Carey Robinson, 25, Goshen, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:30 p.m. Tuesday – Cristobal Flores, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 8:06 p.m. Tuesday – Thadius Jacob Kuta, 20, of 1915 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
• 8:27 p.m. Tuesday – Larry D. Hursell, 56, of 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 12:15 a.m. today – Casey Nicole Thornton, 22, of 209 Stonewall Ct., Nappanee, arrested for neglect of a dependant. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:08 a.m. today – Harrison Warren Montgomery, 27, of 212 Laurelwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accident
• 9:20 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs East 700N and North 200E, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Joshua David Dentzer, 42, Columbia City; Mark R. Aker, 44, Kalorama Road, Leesburg. Injuries: Dentzer complained of back pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
• 8:50 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Hit-skip collision. Remaining driver: Metea A. Mosher, 27, East CR 225S, Winona Lake.  Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday – Colfax Street, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into parked vehicle registered to Carolyn S. Whitsett, Colfax Street, Warsaw. Driver: Barbara E. Shanes, 70, Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Argonne Road and Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Cody M. McDonald, 22, Wray Street, Atwood; Heather E. Ross, 43, West CR 550S, Claypool. Damages: Under $750.  WPD.

• 8 a.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported vandalism to her vehicle in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:30 a.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported theft of her bicycle in the 800 block of Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:30 p.m. Tuesday – Theft was reported in the 8200 block of U.S. 30, Pierceton. KCSD.

Concern With Main & Bronson Streets Intersection Brought Before Traffic Commission
Neighbors in the vicinity of Main and Bronson streets approached the Warsaw Traffic Commission Wednesday regarding a safety concern at that intersection.
