 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:43 a.m. Thursday – Tyler Lee Hochstetler, 23,  Bourbon, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $168.50.
• 1:54 p.m. Thursday – Rachel Lee Snider, 45, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:31 p.m. Thursday – Michelle T. Noetzel, 43, Mishawaka, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:35 p.m. Thursday – Dustin Lawrence Swindle, 26, of 211 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:16 a.m. today – David J. Dunton, 35, of 79 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

Property Damage Accidents
• 2 a.m. Sunday – North CR 850E, Syracuse. Vehicle registered to Mearman T. Reece, 69, South CR 700E, Pierceton, wasn’t in park and rolled down a hill. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 7:22 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brittany N. Sherman, 19, Country Club Drive, Warsaw; Morris F. Culp, 53, Riverview, Fla. Damages: Over $100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:12 a.m. Thursday – Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brittany L. Graziani, 29, Park Avenue, Warsaw; Katrina L. Hite, 41, Janet Drive, Akron. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 1:17 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Huntington and High streets, Syracuse. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Valina S. Caudell, 38, Sunset Trail, North Webster; Lonnie E. Bolinger, 51, High Street, Syracuse. Damages: Under $750.  Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 8:17 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Biomet Drive and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Vehicle struck utility pole. Driver: Roger H. Rapsavage, 57, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 11:44 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 1000N, Milford. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Tiffany L. Brown, 24, North CR 200W, Milford. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 4:23 a.m. today – Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 900S, Akron. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Ryan K. Smith, 36, East CR 1150S, Akron. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 8:52 a.m. Thursday – Identity theft was reported in the 200 block of Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 7:37 p.m. Thursday – A hit-skip accident was reported in the 5400 block of North CR 900E, North Webster. KCSD.
• 3:39 a.m. today – Auto theft was reported in the 7400 block of Blacks Court, North Webster. KCSD.
