County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 3:52 p.m. Monday – Sean Rhodes, 25, of 110 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 7:57 p.m. Monday – Jessica Craig, 25, Columbia City, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.
- 2:36 a.m. Tuesday – Jared Frantz, 25, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing, resisting/fleeing law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $550.
- 3:55 a.m. Tuesday – Ronald Rodriguez, 901 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, public intoxication, refusal to submit to chemical testing and driving while suspended. Bond: $1,000.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:19 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CR 200N  and Cessna Road, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a sign. Driver: Melissa Hunter, 43, Wabash. Damage: $2,500 to $5,00. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 8:35 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Armstrong Road and CR 200E, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a sign. Driver: Tag Hunter, 48, of EMS B40C Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 6:58 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 325E, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: James Culp, 61, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

- 2:11 p.m. Friday – A woman reported a theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
- 2:15 p.m. Friday – A man reported theft in the 300 block of North West Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 9:28 p.m. Friday – A woman reported strangulation of a minor in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street, Winona Lake. WPD.
- 2:56 a.m. Saturday – A woman reported battery in the 300 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
- 6:11 p.m. Saturday – A man reported theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
- 4:38 p.m. Sunday – A man reported a theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
