n 7:58 a.m. Monday - Brandon Chares Kelly, 26, of 108 E. Church St., Pierceton, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.

n 1:20 p.m. Monday - Garrick Frank Metz, 33, Plymouth, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

n 1:38 p.m. Monday - Jacqueline S. Bond, 61, of 2453 E. CR 1300N, Milford, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 2:24 p.m. Monday - Joseph Michael Littlejohn, 21, of 5450 N. CR 100E, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

n 2:37 p.m. Monday - Cheryl Joyce Deeds, 25, of 9758 Hiawatha Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 7:59 p.m. Monday - Sarah Ann Ousley, aka Sara Ann Stephens, 25, of 5597 E. CR 700S, Pierceton, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 12:10 a.m. today - Matthew Scott Powell, 21, of 136 EMS B35 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 1:18 a.m. today - Julius Jovan Jones, 27, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

n 2:19 a.m. today - Timothy Flynn Johnson, 59, of 2737 S. CR 400E, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $550.

n 2:34 a.m. today - Robert Nick Carpenter, 24, Fort Lenardwood, Mo., arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 10:20 a.m. Monday - Sharon Barefoot, Asbury Lane, North Webster, reported a break-in to her vehicle and the theft of a purse containing personal information and a bank card. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 10:25 a.m. Monday - Michelle Farr, Asbury Lane, North Webster, reported theft of a tub of change from her vehicle. KCSD.

n 11:06 a.m. Monday - An employee of Bibs Backyard BBQ, Union Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a steel sign from in front of the NAPA store, Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

n Noon Monday - Kathy Smith, Court Street, Warsaw, reported a tire slashed on her vehicle. WPD.

n 12:43 p.m. Monday - An employee of The Chocolate Cafe and Boutique, Center Street, Warsaw, reported a speaker was damaged in the store. WPD.
