• 9:25 a.m. Wednesday - Darci M. Lutz, 37, of 4687 E. Woodland Avenue, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday - David Collins, 17, of 1210 Hilltop, Warsaw, arrested for theft from a business and burglary to a business. Bond: $2,000.

• 3:06 p.m. Wednesday - Timothy Scott Patterson, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:32 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew J. Meier, 24, of 9846 E. CR 100N, Akron, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $300.

• 7:49 p.m. Wednesday - Michelle Hoover, 39, of 13473 N. Warner Road, Syracuse, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.

• 9:12 p.m. Wednesday - Julia Dawn Ippolito, 36, of Grand Rapids, Mich., arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 4:37 a.m.today - George Davie Green, 51, Charlotte, Minn., arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $15,000.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Rozella Road and Logan Street, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Alyssa Taylor, 17, Country Club Road, Warsaw; Maria Sanchez, 25, LaVista Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:07 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Prairie Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Joshua M. Lanez, 18, CR 625W, Etna Green; Frank Hoagland, 69, Urbana. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 5:42 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Winona Avenue and Bronson Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Norma J. Stech, 66, Sunset Drive, Warsaw; Aaron Schuette, 31, Piper City, Ill. Damage: $10-000-$25,000. WPD.

• 6:31 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Noble Store 2, Syracuse, reported the theft of $76.50 in gasoline. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 8:11 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Terry McCullough, Ringneck Trail, Warsaw, reported damage to his vehicle. Damage $179.99. WPD.

• 12:54 p.m. Wednesday - Richard A. Kridner, Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, reported a hit-skip to his vehicle. Damage: $2,500. WPD.

• 2:21 p.m. Wednesday - Franklin Scott, EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of two solar lights, one shepherd's hook and four assorted ornaments. Value: $70. KCSD.

• 5:40 p.m. Wednesday- Deanna Lynn Faught, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, reported her cable, Internet and phone lines were cut. Damage: $200. WPD.
