County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:55 a.m. Wednesday – Miguel Enrique Delfin Cruz, 20, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #144, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and attempting to commit a felony. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:18 a.m. Wednesday – Joseph Allan Mason, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and on a warrant. Bond: $5,000.
• 3:13 p.m. Wednesday – Charity Ann Bailey, 40, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #2, Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond: $400.
• 6:49 p.m. Wednesday – Ashley Dawn Pruitt, 22, of 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $316.
• 8:42 p.m. Wednesday – Robert Dwayne Slone, 36, of 1296 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. Bond: $500.
• 9:31 p.m. Wednesday – Jose Delfin Cruz, 21, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #144, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 9:49 p.m. Wednesday – Joseph A. Glant, 55, of 328 Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear, driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $3,250.

Property Damage Accidents
• 12:08 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Eastlake Drive and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Theresa R. Evans, 21, Cincinnati, Ohio; Roger J. Barth, 76, Snapper Drive, Kimmel. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:43 p.m. Wednesday – Detroit Street, Warsaw. Vehicle collided with parked vehicle registered to Marcus A. Trice, Fort Wayne. Driver: Joshua S. Barker, 40, 3rd Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 7:30 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Armstrong Road and North CR 75E, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road and struck a mailbox. Driver: Drew A. Cripe, 19, Kalorama Road, Leesburg. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10 a.m. Wednesday – Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:06 a.m. Wednesday – An overdose was reported in the 9600 block of West CR 300N, Etna Green. KCSD.
• 1:26 p.m. Wednesday – Allegations of sexual abuse were reported in the 11700 block of South CR 300E, Silver Lake. KCSD.
• 3:53 p.m. Wednesday – Battery was reported in the 100 block at the intersection of Buffalo and Market streets, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7 p.m. Wednesday – Theft was reported in the 100 block of Hickory Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
• 11:48 p.m. Wednesday – Found property in the 2100 block of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, was brought into the police department. WPD.
