- 10:52 p.m. Monday - Manuel Alicea Jr., 43, of 199 E. Nelson Drive, Milford, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

- 3:47 a.m. Tuesday - Lola M. Kelly, 48, of 602 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 4:13 a.m. Tuesday - Kyle Lee Hobbs, 20, of 8017 Thomas Drive, Claypool, arrested for battery and strangulation. Bond: $7,000.

- 10:36 a.m. Tuesday - Marcus Maurice Hobbs, 23, Elkhart, arrested for battery. Bond: $20,000.

- 1 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Donald Wicker, 24, Ligonier, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $683.31.

- 3:23 p.m. Tuesday - Mindy Sue Ditton, 31, of 729 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 5:45 p.m. Tuesday - Augusto Tlahuetl, 19, of 1202 E. Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 7:58 p.m. Tuesday - Benjamin Taylor Risner, 20, of 477 E. 17th Road, Bourbon, arrested for battery. Bond: $5,000.

- 10:22 p.m. Tuesday - Ortensia Lopez, 35, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

- 11:07 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher John Yoder, 33, of 9993 Hepton Road, Nappanee, arrested for possession of paraphernalia Bond: $350.

- 11:10 p.m. Tuesday - Mindy Schultz, 28, of 418 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 12:52 a.m. today - Chad Amos Stanford, 26, of 300 6th St., Winona Lake, arrested for intimidation with force, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

- 7:05 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 13N, 300 feet south of Backwater Road, North Webster. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kenneth E. Wagner, 60, West Huntington Street, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

- 2:41 p.m. Tuesday - Charles William Dove, North Lake Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a gaming system. Value: $399.99.

- 9:44 p.m. Tuesday - Jim Marsillet Sr., Long Spur Lane, Warsaw, reported a large sum of money missing. WPD.

- 10:01 p.m. Tuesday - A Warsaw man reported being battered. WPD.

- 10:09 p.m. Tuesday - Donald Steven Black, West CR 200S, Warsaw, reported a fraudulent transaction of a large sum of money. WPD.

- 11:08 p.m. Tuesday - James Allen Dawson, Birch Road, Bourbon, reported the theft of medication from his vehicle. Value: $20. WPD.
