n 12:32 p.m. Wednesday – Ashley Nicole Hughes, 28, of 111 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 1:48 p.m. Wednesday – Donald Jay Crawford, 47, Columbia City, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $1,000.
