- 8:48 p.m. Friday - Janet Susan Lee, 43, of 108 W. Eisenhour, Mentone, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $550.

- 9:23 p.m. Friday - James Manley Buskirk, 55, of 108 W. Eisenhour, Mentone, arrested on three counts of check deception. Bond: $750.

- 9:50 p.m. Friday - Michael James Wharton, 40, of Wakarusa, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 10:07 p.m. Friday - Alisha Marie Utter, 23, of 5838 N. CR 675E, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.

- 11:05 p.m. Friday - Carline Grace Givens, 53, of 9224 W. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $10,000.

- 11:10 p.m. Friday - William Edward Givens, 67, of 9224 W. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $10,000.

- 11:43 p.m. Friday - Homero Gonzalez, 28, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Lot 85, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond; $750.

- 11:52 p.m. Friday - Gary Lee Romine, 57, of 20499 Apple Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,000.

- 12:50 a.m. Saturday - Cassandra Ann Goshert, 19, of 519 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for neglect of a dependent child. Bond: $5,000.

- 3:54 a.m. Saturday - Charles Allen Grossman, 24, of 70 N. Ind 19, Akron, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

- 4:12 a.m. Saturday - Jeremy Ray Weaver, 27, of 519 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for neglect of a dependent child. Bond: $5,000.
