• 9:53 a.m. Wednesday - Randy Walgamuth, 46, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 11:38 a.m. Wednesday - Adam Michael Fisher, 21, Knox, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,000.

• 9:13 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Anthony Barczak, 56, of 7135 E. CR 125S, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

• 2:49 p.m. Wednesday - 307 W. Market St., Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Michelle Miller, 32, Lynnwood Drive, Warsaw; Nita Malcolm, 52, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:24 p.m. Wednesday - 2535 E. U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Richard L. Martin, 23, Country Club Drive, Warsaw; Amanda M. Bays, 19, CR 700E, South Whitley. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 12:10 a.m. today - Intersection of Ind. 25S and CR 250S, Warsaw. Car went in ditch. Driver: Jose Salgado, 15, CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• Tuesday - Shane A. Ashley, Morgan Street, Mentone, reported the theft of a stereo, speakers and amplifier from his vehicle. Value: $520. KCSD.

• 7:09 a.m. Wednesday - Dixie S. Secrist, CR 1000W, Mentone, reported a possible fraud. KCSD.

• 7:28 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Speedway. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, reported gasoline was purchased with non-activated gift cards. WPD.

• 7:45 a.m. Wednesday - Cassie A. Atterbury, Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell, reported the theft of a car charger and a hands-free adapter for a cellular telephone from her vehicle. KCSD.

• 3:14 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Mutual Federal Savings Bank, Warsaw, reported a possible fraud. WPD.
