 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 9:31 a.m. Wednesday – Charles F. Greer II, 19, of 1021 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $500.
n 12:01 p.m. Wednesday – Kenyon D. Harris, 26, of 3705 S. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 1:53 p.m. Wednesday – Robert K. Powell, 22, of 1509 Maye St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. No bond set.
n 2:31 p.m. Wednesday – Ashley D. Shepherd, 23, of 2212 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 5:17 p.m. Wednesday – Nathan R. Yoder, 25, of 202 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for false informing – alleging officer misconduct hindering law enforcement. Bond: $500.
n 5:18 p.m. Wednesday – Kapen L. Eherenman, 18, of 3305 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. Bond: $300.
n 6:03 p.m. Wednesday – Rebecca A. Sidwell, 39, of 9732 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for contributing the delinquency of a minor under 18 – synthetic drug. Bond: $5,000.
n 6:14 p.m. Wednesday – Ricky L. Johnson, 55, of 9732 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for child solicitation from a child under 14 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor under 18 - liquor. Bond: $5,000.

n 6:12 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 600W, Burket. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shane W. Halstrom, 19, Ind. 114, Akron; Lisa A. Messer, 43, Water Street, Akron. Injuries: Messer complained of pain in her left leg and was checked out by medics on scene. Damages: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
