- 11:16 a.m. Thursday - Devon Dale Schwartz, 25, of 8626 W. CR 1350N, Nappanee, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

- 1:15 p.m. Thursday - Kenneth Ray Stout, 28, of 120 N. 4th St., Liberty Mills, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,250.

- 2:33 p.m. Thursday - Robert William Fultz, 19, of 204 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for tattoo, body piercing to a minor. Bond: $500.

- 6:48 p.m. Thursday - Fred Christian, 48, of 601 W. Oak Glenn St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

- 9:39 p.m. Thursday - Scott Allan Bever, 32, of 18641 East St., Tippecanoe, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 10:35 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas Anthony Kukta, 35, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
