• 2:37 p.m. Tuesday - Christina K. Monroe, 32, Goshen, arrested on two warrants in civil matters. Bond: $3,272.

• 5:46 p.m. Tuesday - Randal Graddy, 47, of 403 E. Palm Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.

• 7:01 p.m. Tuesday - Cynthia Joanne Lepper, 53, of 9649 E. CR 1050N. Cromwell, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 7:46 p.m. Tuesday - Brooks Lee Kuhl, 25, of 9387 E. Kiser Lake Road, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

• 7:54 p.m. Tuesday - Kyler Lee Northrup, 22, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for felony theft, failure to appear, possession of narcotic drugs/cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $7,000.

• 8:19 p.m. Tuesday - Danny Ray Amburgey, 42, Warsaw, Ky., arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

• 9:09 p.m. Tuesday - Debra Lyn Klumpp, 39, of 9287 Amanda Drive, Claypool, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

• 9:24 p.m. Tuesday - Dale WIlliam Stamper, 19, of 10842 N. CR 500W, Milford, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

• 2:30 a.m. today - Dennis Albert Staner, 20, of 308 S. Third St., Pierceton, arrested for burglary to a business. Bond: $5,000.

• 2:56 a.m. today - Ryan Matthew McDonald, 21, of 1818 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary to a business. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Market and Maple streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Elva Munoz, Old 30, Warsaw; Amy K. Garthee, 19, Ind. 15, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• Monday - Noah M. Miller, Front Street, North Manchester, reported the theft of a red 1990 Harley Davidson motorcycle. KCSD.

• 11:46 a.m. Monday - Traci Norris, Third Place, Leesburg, reported the theft of two birth certificates and a food stamp card from her vehicle. KCSD.

• 1:19 p.m. Monday - An employee of REMC, CR 250E, Warsaw, reported the theft of two full 500-foot rolls of copper wire and one partial roll of copper wire from a service vehicle. Value: $350. KCSD.

• 4:30 p.m. Monday - Phil W. Gingerich, CR 400W, Milford, reported the theft of a digital camera and cash from his residence. KCSD.

• 9:25 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Bible and Books, Roosevelt Street, Warsaw, reported a window shot out of a door at the business. Damage: $150. WPD.

• 10:34 a.m. Tuesday - Gerald Douglas Owens, Clark Street, Warsaw, reported a break-in to his residence and the theft of five guns, a compound bow, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and surround sound system. Damage and loss: $5,350. WPD.

• 1:40 p.m. Tuesday - A Warsaw woman reported being battered. WPD.

• 2:33 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Aaron Afford, Second Street, Leesburg, reported tar put on his vehicle. Damage: $200. WPD.
