n 12:03 p.m. Tuesday – John M. Hale, 57, of 511 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for child molesting – victim under 14 years old. Bond: $50,000.
n 7:31 p.m. Tuesday – Abraham Garcia, 33, of 1692 E. CR 200N, No. 95, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
n 11:45 p.m. Tuesday – Alpha Adrianna Mejia, 18, of 928 S. Oak Brook Place, No. 21, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $450.
n 3:40 a.m. Wednesday – Eric Ray Smoroske, 46, of 914 Carrington Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 7:32 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of a semi damaging the front yard of a business in the 100 block of Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. KCSD.
n 9:03 p.m. Tuesday – A Leesburg woman reported battery in the 4000 block of North CR 700E. KCSD.
n 12:49 a.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw man reported his social security number was used to file a tax return in his name without his consent in the 3700 block of West Old 30. KCSD.
n 1:15 a.m. Wednesday – A Silver Lake woman reported burglary in the 10900 block of South CR 200W. KCSD.
