n 11:04 a.m. Monday – Austin L. Mitchell, 22, LaPorte, arrested for dealing a schedule III controlled substance and driving while license suspended. Bond: $51,000.
n 12:40 p.m. Monday – Andres A. Cortes, 24, of 3699 N CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $20,000.
n 2:24 p.m. Monday – Jose E. Rodriguez, 61, of 705 S. Thwaits Court, Syracuse, arrested for forgery. Bond: $10,000.
n 3:42 p.m. Monday – Bryan M. Glova, 33, of 410 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 6:15 p.m. Monday – Lorelei Mounsey, 34, of 402 W. First St., Milford, arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $500.

Injuries: Stephens was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital after suffering an injury to his leg. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
