The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 7:08 a.m. Monday - Stephanie Marie Gulley, aka Stephanie Marie Speech, 19, of 7863 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 9:22 a.m. Monday - Tonya Louis Wright, 45, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000.

• 10:12 a.m. Monday - Howard Nathan Townsend, 48, Peru, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,000.

• 2:31 p.m. Monday - Bradly Wayne Morris, 27, of 1819 Michael St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for felony non-support. Bond: $8,200.

• 4:08 p.m. Monday - William D. Fitzpatrick, 31, of 10243 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 6:53 p.m. Monday - Whitney Nicole Hobbs, 20, of 402 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday - Ana Louisa Malagon, 19, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

• 8:14 p.m. Monday - Marco Antonio Malagon, 19, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

• 10:55 p.m. Monday - Mark Alan Troyer, 51, of 190 EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

• 8:48 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15S and Union Road, Warsaw. Police car hit deer. Driver: Christopher D. Rager, 33, Eola Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1;000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 9:50 a.m. March 27 - An employee of Tom Farms, Harper Road, Leesburg, reported the theft of 1,800 feet of copper wire from irrigation units on Old 15. KCSD.

• 12:30 p.m. March 27 - Ron Spranger, EMS W23C Lane, North Webster, reported the theft of fishing equipment, a weed trimmer and an air compressor from a shed. KCSD.

• 11:46 a.m. Friday - Mike Pressler, CR 1100N, Milford, reported the theft of a driver's license and a debit card from his vehicle. KCSD.

• 6:06 a.m. Monday - An employee of Wal-Mart, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported a possible check deception. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:04 a.m. Monday - A Warsaw woman reported receiving harassing telephone calls. WPD.

• 12:09 p.m. Monday - An employee of Our Father's House, Argonne Road, Warsaw, reported a break-in to a storage warehouse. WPD.

• 1:53 p.m. Monday - Gregg Alan Flory, CR 200E, Leesburg, reported the theft of several checks from his residence. KCSD.
