n 6:18 a.m. Monday - Joseph Keith Todd Jr., 47, of 1001 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for check deception and on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $17,500.

n 8:03 a.m. Monday - Michael Angel Elizondo, 19, of 1962 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 3:10 p.m. Monday - Christopher Marks, 27, of 9642 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for theft-possession of stolen property. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:12 p.m. Monday - Ryan Christopher Marks, 28, Plymouth, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $350.

n 7:18 p.m. Monday - Jason Foster Sizemore, 32, of 4179 N. Runkle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

n 9:23 p.m. Monday - Jonathan Leroy McGowan, 29, Grand Haven, Mich., arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 925 p.m. Monday - Brent Lynn Smith, 52, of 11255 Kitson Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 1:15 p.m. Saturday - 3605 Ind. 19, Etna Green. Car hit parked car registered to Donald L. Rarick, CR 100N, Warsaw. Driver: Susan Stark, 44, Cisco Road, Sidney. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
