The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:37 a.m. Thursday - Roger James Coleman, 33, of 9546 E. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $750.

• 2:03 p.m. Thursday - Rodrigo Antonio Fausto, 24, Hammond, arrested for identity theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 4:06 p.m. Thursday - Clinton Dewayne Messer, 30, of 9103 W. CR 750N, Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.

• 4:37 p.m. Thursday - Tammy Kay Newsome, 26, of 1326 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

• 12:20 a.m. today - Todd William Frazier, 25, of 11699 N. CR 200W, Milford, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 4:30 a.m. today - Kristi Ann Nicosia, 37, of 115 N. Orchard Lane, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 4:41 a.m. today - Charlene Kay Marshall, aka Charlene Kay Roatcap, 36, of 206 S. Clay St., Claypool, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

• 1:13 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CRs 1350N, and 700W, Nappanee. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Clint R. Beldon, 35, Tippecanoe; Victor H. Staton, Rowland Avenue, Leesburg. Injuries: Beldon complained of head pain; Staton complained of neck pain, and a passenger in his pickup, Marilyn J. Stratton, 54, complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
