Injuries: Nolan's passenger, Brenda K. Grubbs, 66, Old 30, Warsaw, complained of pain in her chest and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 10:04 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Center Street and Leiter Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Gary L. Shuey, 41, Market Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Shuey suffered cuts to his face from breaking glass and was treated on-scene by medics. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
n 4 a.m. Friday – Ind. 13, 50 feet north of CR 1000N, Syracuse. Vehicle struck utility pole. Driver. Jeffery L. Brewer, 29, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Injuries: Brewer complained of pain in both ankles and his back and was transported to KCH. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
