- 5:07 a.m. Wednesday – Juan Lopez, 20, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 9:20 a.m. Wednesday – Sherri Morton, 44, of 5821 N. First St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 5:18 p.m. Wednesday – Chrystal Smith, 33, of 9474 S. CR 825W, Akron, arrested for another agency. No bond set.
- 6:49 p.m. Wednesday – Brandon Wilson, 32, of 597 Old Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 11:13 p.m. Wednesday – Jessica Bradford, 27, Phoenix, Ariz., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 12:44 a.m. Thursday – Laydon Umanos, 27, of 626 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
- 12:59 a.m. Thursday – Justin Edwards, 19, of 714 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
- 1:46 a.m. Thursday – Jon Shepherd, 22, of 1840 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, arrested for battery, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

Personal Injury Accident
- 2:45 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 North and Main Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Patricia Shoemaker, 79, West South Street, Burket and Betty Tully, 87, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Injuries: Shoemaker complained of knee and lower leg pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 9:07 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 13S and CR 535S, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: David Hicks, 68, West Fourth Street, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 6:15 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of 4th Trail Alley and Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. A mopd flipped. Driver: Michael Garmon, 27, East Circle Drive South, Syracuse. Damage: less than $1000. KCSD.
- 6:49 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and Van Ness Road, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Danielle Carroll, 22, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 10:23 a.m. Wednesday – 105 South Morgan St., Mentone. A vehicle driven by  Tobie Blalock, 90, South CR 950 West, Mentone struck a vehicle registered to William Wilson, South CR 700W, Mentone. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
- 12:16 p.m. Wednesday  – 1900 Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: April Sechrist, 39, East North Street, Bourbon and Travis Hunter, 30, Plymouth. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 12:45 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 600 W. and Ind. 25, Mentone. One vehicle rolled over. Driver: Brian Cook, 36, West  CR 100N, Warsaw. Injuries: Cook complained of pain to his lower arm. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
- 4:04 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and South Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Crystal Ellison, 47, West Center Street, Burket; Brock Hawthorne, 34, East McClintic Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
- 4:25 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of White Industrial Drive and Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jason Schaefer, 34, Ind. 114 West, North Manchester; Lisa Berger, 36, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
- 7:51 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Husky Trail and Nature View Drive, Warsaw. One vehicle struck an electrical box. Driver: Maranda Begley, 25, Inwood Circle, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
