County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 7:15 a.m. Wednesday – Aaron Ortiz, 31, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300.
n 10:34 a.m. Wednesday – Oscar W. Tipton, 40, of 9287 S. Amanda Drive, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 10:41 a.m. Wednesday – Brittany M. Wright, 26, of 312 Birchwood Court, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
n 12:57 a.m. Thursday – Shaun M. Daffron, 33, of 8228 N. Ind. 15, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 to .14 percent. Bond: $550.

n 3:41 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of EMS T9 Lane and CR 500N, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Leah N. Coble, 33, CR 475E, Leesburg; Bradley K. Potulney, 17, EMS W23 Lane, North Webster. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 9:26 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 19, 2,100 feet south of Moore Road, Nappanee. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Marvin D. Berry, 46, Osceola. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 11:22 a.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman was the victim of threats and intimidation on Center Street. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 2:24 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman was a victim of a domestic disturbance on Market Street. WPD.
n 2:45 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported a fraud on Levi Lee Road. KCSD.
n 3:50 p.m. Wednesday – Police responded to a juvenile complaint on Union Street in Warsaw. WPD.
n 4:50 p.m. Wednesday A Warsaw man reported a theft on Lake Street. WPD.
n 8:28 p.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman was the victim of a theft on Arbutus Trail. KCSD.
n 10:10 p.m. Wednesday – Deputies responded to an invasion of privacy on EMS B31 Lane. KCSD.
