n 11:58 a.m. Wednesday - Kevin Frentner, 30, of 54 EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 12:29 p.m. Wednesday - Chayla Kay Reyes, 38, of 1729 Bancroft, Rochester, arrested for forgery. Bond: $15,000.

n 2:17 p.m. Wednesday - Carlos Stinfer, 45, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:19 p.m. Wednesday - Casey James Louden, 21, of 9821 E. Rock -A-Bye Road, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 6:44 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy Joshua Lester, 34, of 306 W. 5th St., North Manchester, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

n 1:41 a.m. today - Norma Jean Lemaster, 34, of 701 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

n 2:09 a.m. today - Brandon Micahel Zumbrun, 27, of 1734 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $550.

n 4:39 a.m. today - Joginder Singh, 44, of 205 Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

n 11:35 p.m. Monday - Ind. 13S, 600 feet south of CR 675E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Magdelene M. Knezeviah, 19, Chesterton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 4 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 13N and CR 150N, Pierceton. Car-van collision. Drivers: Jack A. Wilson, 41, East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw; Harry A. Wittig, 68, EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 11 p.m. Tuesday - CR 400N, 800 feet east of CR 700W, Atwood. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Shana Purves, 36, West CR 400N, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

n 10:53 a.m. Tuesday - A Sears employee, Frontage Road, Warsaw, reported a theft. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 11:11 a.m. Tuesday - Dawn M. Brown, Bluebird Drive, Warsaw, reported a fraud. KCSD.

n 12:12 p.m. Tuesday - A 2-month old was accidentally dropped and suffered a skull fracture in Warsaw. WPD.

n 12:50 p.m. Tuesday - An Owen's employee, West Market Street, Warsaw, reported a fraud. WPD.
