 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday – Brockton Andrew Himes, 23, of 3673 N. Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 4:05 p.m. Tuesday – Humberto Garcia Gomora, 27, Indianapolis, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,750.
• 4:47 p.m. Tuesday – Robert Shannon Sears, 41, Dunkirk, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 9:14 p.m. Tuesday – Tia Lee Latta, 29, Cromwell, arrested for dealing a narcotic. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:38 p.m. Tuesday – Sharee Nicole Latta, 20, Albion, arrested for possession of a narcotic and dealing a narcotic. Bond: $10,000.
• 10:11 p.m. Tuesday – Travis Ray Richardson, 32, of 203 E. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:29 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Anthony Finley, 58, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:37 p.m. Tuesday – Andrew Scott Hinkley, 25, Chesterton, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
• 12:45 a.m. today – Brandon Jeffery Stone, 43, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accident
• 8:25 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East CR 225S and Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Two vehicle collision involving a school bus. Drivers: Holly A. Ilada, 43, East CR 600S, Claypool; Sarah G. Marsh, 35, Southfield Road, Winona Lake. Injuries: Marsh complained of lower arm pain; passengers in Ilada’s vehicle Jarod Ilada, 12, complained of neck pain and Maya Ilada, 10, complained of pain throughout her entire body. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
• 11:50 p.m. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse. Vehicle backed into a vehicle registered to Ashley N. Sarber, Edgewater Avenue, Syracuse. Driver: Michael W. Tolson, 47, Edgewater Avenue, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 4:29 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and Ind. 14, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Drew J. Dobbins, 22, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 8:08 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 800S and 1200W, Mentone. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Joshua W. Norman-Price, 17, Ind. 14, Akron; Drew M. Francis, 17, Hickory Street, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 5:17 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Tyler L. Presson, 18, North CR 374E, Rochester, Charles Gehlbach, 81, Lincoln, Ill.; Barbara W. McGee, 79, Country Club Drive, Rochester. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:54 p.m. Tuesday – Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jonathan J. Goon, 55, North CR 300W, Warsaw; Jessica M. Gill, 30, West CR 1050N, North Manchester. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
