n 12:24 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Lee Eppenbaugh, 29, of 5974 E. McKenna Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 2:29 p.m. Wednesday – Laura Deleon, 26, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.
n 3:07 p.m. Wednesday – Eric Shannon Stone, 35, of 1762 Country Club Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia and false police reporting. Bond: $2,300.
n 7:35 p.m. Wednesday – Lori Dawn Geberin, 39, of 3573 West CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 2:48 a.m. today – Renee Plazola, 58, of 518 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, manufacturing methamphetamine and fraud from a financial institution. Bond: $20,350.
n 2:52 a.m. today – John Robert Coplery, 53, of 518 S. Detroit St., Waraw, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,000.
n 3:34 a.m. today – Aaron Todd Allen, 30, of 3525 West CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $350.
n 3:52 a.m. today – Kathy Renee Murray, 55, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $350.

n 12:48 p.m. Tuesday— West Center Street, 295 feet west of Friend Street, Warsaw, Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Stephanie R. Morris, 23, Blanchard St., Warsaw, hit car registered to Gary W. Boschain, Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 7:37 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of McKenna Road and EMS B34Lane, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Karen L. Sackerson, 49, Norway, Mich. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 8:51 a.m. Wednesday— Intersection of Dubois Street and Provident Drive, Warsaw. Car hit sign and cement curb. Driver: Brian D. Apt, 31, North Franklin St., Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500.
n 2:30 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 200N, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Clyde A. Allen, 27, South Detroit Street, Warsaw; Benjamin R. Adams, 21, East Division Road, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 4:32 p.m. Sunday – A Syracuse woman reported being battered. KCSD.
n 9:49 p.m. Sudnay – Cindy Scott, West CR 400S, Warsaw, reported burglary to residence. KCSD.
n 2:25 a.m. Monday – A Silver Lake man reported being battered. KCSD.
n 2 p.m. Wednesday — Scott Quillen, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, reported while on patrol he located two vehicles with broken windows. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n Tuesday – Shawnee Lynn Smith, Shady Lane, Warsaw, reported a lost license plate. WPD.
n 5:41 p.m. Wednesday  – Kim Ann Fretz, Main Street, Warsaw, reported he had his social security number used on a tax return. WPD.
