n 9:45 a.m. Tuesday - Elizabeth Kay Stump, 27, of 3229 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

n 1:56 p.m. Tuesday - Kenneth Wayne Boren, 50, of 30 EMS B 5A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for two counts of driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,750.

n 4 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Bryan Howard, 32, of 8280 E. US 30, Pierceton, arrested for two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.
